    i found this post

    which suggests a SLIC 2.1 BIOS has already been produced that would work on the dv2410us. however, the link is down.

    Can someone re-up it?

    nevermind. I pulled my head out of my ass, read busyboy's description of the hack, found the tools and did it myself. great success.
