HP Probook 4530s Fingerprint Problem

    HP Probook 4530s Fingerprint is not recognized by Windows 7 Professional x64.

    I contacted the HP support, and they as usual recommended "buying" the recovery disk!

    I downloaded the driver from the official website, but the fingerprint is still not recognized.

    I checked BIOS for device configuration.

    What shall I do?

    Please, could you help me? I will be indebted to your help.    ​

    for a dell d620 i had to use lenovos security soft and driver worked.. not all work
