HP Stream Activation Problem

    I have one of those HP Stream Laptops that have only 32GB Hard drives in them. I had Win 10 on it but I went to do a clean install and it won't take it any more cause of space I believe. I decided to go back to the original Win 8.1 Core that came with it and has the embedded key in the BIOS. I downloaded the 8.1 install from the program Jan Krohn named Heidoc.net Windows ISO downloader. I believe they are all Retail ISO's. My key is an HP OEM that is in the BIOS. From what I understand it should activate as they are Core install and core key. It won't activate. I am attaching the info from the PID key program for my BIOS key. What is the solution to activate this machine. Thanks.

    Well, installing the correct version was simple, as key is embedded in bios. Do as you like.
