Thought to test Hyper-V Server 2012 R2. What I'm wondering is if there is any software that I can use to share usb port over the network? I know there is software that you can buy, but quite expensive for a home user. So maybe there is some software that are free or that you can get started in any other way =) I need to be able to share 6 usb ports. Otherwise, I get to try a [h=1]USB 2.0 to Ethernet Network Server Adapter with 4-Port HUB RJ45 Port[/h]

The device you're talking about has nothing to do with Hyper-V Server and would function independently on the network. If you are wanting to share the host's USB ports amongst the virtual machines, that's an entirely different concept.
Now I understand. Two different ways but both works I think? tested sysnucleus in win 8.1 x64 and x86 but does not seem to work. becomes something wrong when I will try to share a ir receiver. Is no other program that has the same price? that might work?
I tested SN with USB dongle (required for licenced software in VM). Server part running on W2K8R2. Had no issues. Might want to ask their support.
