I am trying to get a simple answer for almost 18 hours now, and I can't..

    Okay so for 18 hours already, I am surfing the forums trying to find a single answer. And all I get is go to Stickes, though they never contain the answer I am looking for. If ANYONE can find the answer in the stickies, I swear I won't post another thread for at least a month. So here is my question. Is there a NON-VL AND NON-N-VL VERSION OF WINDOWS 8 PRO? Really thanks! If I can get an answer at this time...

    maybe they are dismissed your question because it's too easy but i will answer it.

    yes. there are non-vl versions of Windows 8. The Windows 8 versions downloaded from Technet or MSDN are non-vl. And there are also non-n versions too.

    Where? These are the only Pro versions in MSDN subscriber downloads section!

    Yes and they are in these iso's

    en_windows_8_x64_dvd_915440.iso
    en_windows_8_x86_dvd_915417.iso

    These iso's both contain 2 images Windows 8=Core and Windows 8 Pro=Professional

    Though it never explains that above mentioned isos contain the PRO version..

    x64 link worked great the x86 links is SLOWWWWWWWW like 7k slow..
