I should also mention that I'm using OpaTool v0.7 and am getting this error on the C option (install key). On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a0xC004F015' to display the error text. Error: 0xC004F015
I reinstalled last night with the untouched ISO (verified hash). After I installed I double verified SLIC 2.1 status and used OPA's tool to install the dell cert and ultimate key, everything went flawlessly. For reference, if anyone searches for Dimension 9100 looking for Win7 activation steps and finds this thread shoot me a PM and I'd be glad to help.
