I cant install office 2013/2016

Although your picture has a very good quality my greek is very bad.

So question would be: what office version, which installer and from where?

 

I've always grabbed part of the first line in the msg box (Spanish lang) and make attempts (googling) to find the English equivalent. Then post a pic of the msg box in English.

In view of the Greek, I pose these general questions:
Is your key valid?
Are you acting as Admin?
Have you tried disabling AV and Antispy? (Do only if your Office is clean).

I'm a little confused about the error. In the error window there is a registry key shown Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\....
But this whole key structure is removed when MS-FixIt-Tool is used. It is created new at the next setup.
Did you use some "enhancements" on Windows 10? Such as telemetry patches or other "tweaks"?
Or do you have created a special Group Policy setup?

 

Even if I use MS fixit tools, I use also a registry cleaner (Ccleaner) after a reboot.

 

You should take time to get error-free Windows and then start to install Office.
Anything cannot improve infinity.
