so i waited and waited... and i don´t get the november update. im using win10 enterprise and i have enabled all update features. i don´t know why i don´t get the update. all i can think of is kmspico? is by any chance that tool also reseting the amount of time my windows is installed? i know that the update is only shown to people who have windows longer then 30 days installed (i installed on 1. august). or what could be the cause?
i know that would be a solution. but im curious to know what the problem is that prevents this system from getting the update.
Enterprise doesn't upgrade thru WU, only when you're an insider. Companies don't want their users to be able to upgrade.
mhm.... but why did i get the earlier updates then? should i not get the current branch updates by default?
Then that company can restrict it thru WSUS. I would like to read a source from Microsoft that says the Enterprise does not get the Nov 2015 update. It makes no sense.
Feel free to install it on a spare system and see for yourself AFAIK the official WU esd links in my sig are the only versions who will be available thru WU.
Legitimate Enterprise customers (which you are clearly not) would never want their workstations just downloading and installing a full OS upgrade on their time. It would be pushed by the admin(s) on a schedule, off hours. I really wish that MS had taken the time to make Enterprise and especially LTSB unusable outside of a real enterprise environment. It's like giving a loaded gun to a 2 year old.
MS is kind of stupid due to the size of the company but one day such matters like MTK or improper activated systems will hit a desk at Redmond and then game is over =taken away
MS has no interest in stopping piracy at the user level. It is what has given them a stranglehold on the industry. At some point they are going to have to address piracy of their Enterprise products including server editions.
