There are no multipleedition isos on MSDN that explicitly say they are volume, but I'm almost sure you can KMS activate at least the "Retail" pro version that's in those isos.
You can use Win 10 Pro Retail, Win 10 Pro VL=Win 10 Retail+KMS Key. Why do you want to install Win 10 VL when Retail ver can skip entering product key
