I have Windows 8.1 installed from ms-7 's post. Will I get Update 1 on Windows Update

    I have Windows 8.1 installed "en_windows_8_1_pro_vl_x64_dvd_2971948.iso" will I get the Update on Windows Update? Is there a way to update instead of downloading the entire ISO and installing it again. :(
