i installed windows 8.1 rtm wzt

    I have a strange thing on my start screen" help&tips" thing... and it canot boot on to desktop it tells 9600 build ..something strange screen shot here

    what is strange in it? it is pretty normal and is available in all systems.

    If it shows the Watermark with that "9600 Builds" etc. means that the windows is NOT activated and run therefore with limited features!

    I noticed in VM if the size of the screen is too small it puts a huge tip window in the start screen that I haven't figured out how to remove yet. Seems it doesn't show up in screenshots lmao

    reduce your screen sizes and check the start screen. real pain in the butt.
