I don't see a battery. The component labeled "VIA" I think is a graphics GPU. (The "BGAS" silkscreen means "ball grid array socket") At any rate, just do a search in Google: "CMOS battery" + the make and model of your laptop. Should get plenty of results. Also lots of sellers on eBay for just about every CMOS battery made. Good luck!

Holy c**p, you have great eyesight! I couldn't read any of that. Well, not until I opened the image in Picasa, blew it the hell up and adjusted contrast/fill.
Did you try removing the silicon top from your sound micro controller thinking it was a BIOS battery? If so good luck with your repairs.
