    Try burning another DVD with ImgBurn (not poweriso) and use 2x or 4x burn speed.

    Test the ISO by booting it in a virtual machine to see if it can get through the entire install.

    You have to do:
    -check sum of your iso file before burning
    -use a reliable burning software, nero, alcohol........etc
    -use a quality dvd disc. Don't use the cheap ones
    -check you dvd rom, is it still ok???

    Why not just save yourself much trouble and DVDs by using a flash drive?
    I have an 8 giger with Professional and Ultimate on it...that is all I will ever need. :)
