Don't start a new thread with the exact same topic as the other one, in which you got help.

So, for every new step and question about the upgrade you are going to start a new thread?

Do what @Enthousiast said in the other thread. Download the iso, double click it, and run setup.exe. During installation it'll give you the option to keep all your apps and files. It's that simple.

  6. why do you want to upgrade 1607 to 1709 as MS support for 1709 is in its end state as mentioned by brother @Enthousiast . have a try to atleast upgrade it to 1809 which is supported till 2024 .

I'm sure that @sarahangel isn't running an LTSC version of Windows.

1809 has 3 months of support left.

At this point it's better to go straight from SAC 1607 to SAC 1909

I do not wanna sound rude, but I guess the best advice is to pay someone to do it for her. Not knowing how to upgrade Win10 1603 to 1709, is good enough to pay a computer store or a computer pro to make a living. When I get ill, I go to my doctor and when my car breaks, I go to my car mechanic. Both of them, when they need computer help, they come to me for help. That's how life works!

That's quiet possible, but still an assumption :)
If OP posted computer's specs (Processor, RAM, HDD, etc.) then, we could give her a direct link to upgrade it. One more option is to seek a friend or a family member's help who is somehow familiar with Windows.
I just wondered at the beginning, why Win10 1603 to 1709, not to 1809 or 1903, but then, just like you, I made an assumption that maybe PC specs are not meeting the minimum requirements.
Any way, we're all trying to help, so help us helping you :)

I would too, but with a rank there are new tasks that must been done. And I think @Enthousiast has already a lot of things to do.

Keep in mind that he tests everything here and is very very active.
