Not certain this will work: Perhaps you could encrypt your files/data first, then burn to CD? (And don't lose/forget the encryption key )
Plextor have/had burners that could burn encrypted CDs. Otherwise, almost all CD/DVD/BluRay copy protections are hardware-based or created during the mastering process. Consumer burners (mostly) adhere to standards, thus producing copy protected (working outside the standards) media is almost impossible.
I apologize that my suggestion wasn't more clear. If you can't prevent others from copying your data, and so far that seems to be the case, then why not let them copy something they can never use? (Encrypted data)
