    is it write-locked for flashrom?
    uploaded extracted .fd ROM file

    edit, patched:

    Code:
    $>python j-bios.py 1425F37.fd 1425F37-patched.fd
    Opened BIOS '1425F37.fd' with md5:9b880f3726e31382209f42c18184172c
    Operating on BIOS 1425F37.fd size = 0x480000

Nothing patched, files match = identical.
j-bios does not find anything that could be unlocked.

Most probably. Hardware flasher may be feasible option but untested.
