There are always risks. It is if you are willing to assume. I did and I had no problems, now I enjoy my x64 Windows 7 fully activated. If you want a guarantee, not the will. If you follow the steps on how to properly flash your BIOS should have no problem.
RE: boops Thanks friend. I downloaded the file and carefully modded the Bios image unto the motherboard in total dos mode. I guess it's working fine and there have been no problems. Thanks again for such generous help. I used the Dell modded Bios as you said. If there is any other link you can provide to other precious Bios files which are able activate almost all OEM versions of Windows, please provide. And any other link to any guide for SLIC Windows 7 and the future SLIC modding. Thanks, Tushar.
