So I tried to install Windows 10 64 bit on my Fiance's Dell Latitude E4300. It said it wasn't compatible with her Laptop. I should have thought of that, but I haven't done this sorta thing in forever. Which version of Windows do I need for her Laptop?

I figured it would be fine...the specs seem to match what I read is required for Windows 10 64 bit, but I guess they don't have compatible drivers or something.

Also I need to get rid of some pesky virus/trojans I'm going to try Kaspersky Security Cloud - Free...

Will that work or is there a better option?

    Thanks

Check out that the CPU could work with Windows 10! For the E4300 were different CPUs as well as DDR2 or DDR3 RAM.

Just to check it should work in general with Windows 10, you'll need to check specific, using the real available Hardware in your machine, like CPU Intel Core 2 Duo SP9400 or whatever is in yours!

AFAIK, the E4300 was built from early 2008, mean's it's maybe more 12 or more years old!

Forget to mention: A BIOS Update may is needed to the latest available too!
