I upgraded from win7 and now I don't have Start or Edge

    I upgraded back on oct 29th and at first I had edge, start menu, search, etc.
    Now I don't have any of them. No edge, start menu, search etc.
    How can I fix this?

    Create a bootable USB or DVD and start (boot) from it and chose to upgrade your existing (damaged) install. Best would be to download first the latest build and use that one!
