i wanna make some changes in the "windows 7 ent trial" and i need some help

    If you want to install Win7 Ultimate why don't also download Win7 Ultimate ISO?
    Just use the search button in this forum...

    that won't work as enterprise does not have the other versions on the disc. doesn't matter if you delete the file or not, there won't be a menu to choose a version from at installation.

    W7 Enterprise is a unique SKU, it does not conatain any other versions in an install.wim. Other ISOs (that have home, ultimate) do not include enterprise in the install.wim.

    Enterprise image only contains Enterprise....and think I recall reading somewhere (but not certain) that OEM:SLP activation can not be used on Enterprise either.

    i dont wanna download the files that on the ukraine website becouse i dont know how to find the original english ISO without any user changes

    It's nearly always written if its untouched or not and as HotCarl said, you can make an hashcheck once downloaded to see if it's untouched or not.
    This forum here is full of untouched isos, just make a search.
