Will someone be kind enough to help me through this?
I've already looked at some threads and I think i downloaded a modified bios from this forum and do i just flash it with EZ-Flash 2?

Do you have an Asus board? If so then yes just flash the bios with EZ-Flash 2 and then install matching certs and keys to get yourself activated. Daz's loader will do the cert/key adding if you don't want to do it yourself. I have an Asus MoBo and EZ-Flash 2 works really well. You can also use the windows program by Asus that flashes the bios within the windows environment also if you wish although some ppl would say that doing so is really risky, I never had a problem though.

    Yes I have rampage formula.
I'm not sure if I got the correct modded bios though all the link seems to be dead.
Can anyone give me a link for the modded bios?

    when i get the bios:
    1 Flash the modded bios
    2 Install win 7 RTM
3 Don't Put the Key in?
4 use Daz's Advanced option > Default mode > SLIC CERTIFICATE to match the Bios and Serial as ASUS (ultimate)
5 and click on "install Certificate and Serial"

    is this right?

You can go to the bios mods sub-forum and request that the file be re-uploaded.

Yes you got it right. After you do all that restart your computer and then windows should be activated.

Right now it will not deactivate you but that can all change at the 90 day re-evaluation. It is really hard to say if it will or not though dude.
