did u get right one ? there i 4 models for aspire
    1: 5742
    2: G,
    3: Z,
    4: ZG

    load (bios) setup defaults ?

try booting low resolution mode by pressing F8 on Acer logo (right after power on)
reinstall driver by removing it in device manager then click .. action>"scan for hardware changes" to reinstall auto ?

fresh installed windows ? 32 or 64 bit?
did u install drivers: Intel iAMT Driver and Chipset Driver ?

check bios defaults first then exit save.
also try taking out battery and power cord .. hold power button 13 seconds or so, then try again with battery.

did u flash from dos or windows ?

from dos all u got to do is copy files inside the DOS folder of bios to dos usb bootable .
then type bios.bat to begin flashing from dos.

    try 1.28 or 1.27
