    HI, i'm italian and i'm writing YOU from Bologna (ITALY).
    I'm 15 AND I'm sorry for my bad english.

    I'M DESPERATED! MY SYSTEM IS INFECTED!
    I CAN ONLY SURF ON INTERNET! I CAN'T DO ANOTHER ACTIONS!



    PLESE HELP ME! My father will be very hungry if i'm not going to resolving this problem TONIGHT!

    try to do an online scan of your pc via your browser to the site indicated by Myrrh.

    You could for example download the Live-CD-Antivirus form Avira, boot it and try to remove all infections.

    Don't Worry

    Try To Remove Virus Into SafeMod ( Run Antivirus Into SafeMod)

    By Pressing F5 While Starting PC

    And U Can restore the Pc To Last Good Configuration ;)

    Hasn't returned since OP 2 days ago....must be busy feeding his father :D

    Besides if his PC was really in that bad shape, I doubt he would have been able to join this forum and post, in caps & with colour, no less...

    If your PC was in trouble, would you just join some random forum and ask for help, or would you at least use Google and search for the symptoms you are experiencing....

    Stop wasting your time responding to this....

    is explorer.exe running? if not, do Ctrl+Alt+Delete and get on Task Manager. Go to the Applications tab and click the "New Task..." option. Type "explorer.exe" without the quotes and it should open.
