I have got BIOS1.WPH and BIOS.BAK but they are 2.16 MB not 2MB so I can not use them for programming SPI flash

When you need to cut you either can try to cut at the very beginning (offset 0 until range-1), or using the range from the end upwards (last byte offset-range+1 until end). This is a general instruction for all images. So you get always 2 different images to flash. One of them should work almost always, except the SPI flashable image is located somewhere in the middle.
The range must be (here) 200000h = 2048KByte

    Try this (the first 200000h) 0-1FFFFFh: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ql4qf7

This is a general instruction for all images.

By comparing between the BIOS1.WPH and old image bios file I found the cut must be started from 220000(hex) to end ,and from start to 1FFFF(hex) and all these can be done by XV132 tool
