I have Exchange 2019 running on Server 2019. I want to import a pst file directly to a mailbox in Exchange. The guidance tells me to use the Import pst function that can be found in the Exchange admin center. Unfortunately, that command isn't on the drop down in my setup. Does anybody know how I can get the command to show?
is this pst file for one email account only ? if so you can import this file in to user's outlook and it will sync with exchange
Indeed I could - but when I posted I couldn't get Outlook to sync with the server. I have now sorted that but remain intrigued why I don't have the option on the menu.
