In windows10 manifests are packed. How to extract them to XMLtext?

    In windows10 manifests （and ini ）are packed. How to extract them to XMLtext?

    SXSEXPAND can't extract



    eg：wow64_microsoft-windows-shell32_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.10525.0_none_03434cc6f08421ee.manifest

    When I open the file with Notepad Display garbled

    SXSEXPAND can't extract

    this tool cant worked when i extract the file in winsxs/manifest eg：wow64_microsoft-windows-shell32_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.10525.0_none_03434cc6f08421ee.manifest can you tell me why？ THX very much

    What's the shown error if it's not working?

    btw, you need to copy the file from WinSxS folder to other location (besides the tool)
    its current location is protected by TrustedInstaller

    yes I have already copied the file from WinSxS folder to other location

    and run cmd by admin
    I have already copied the

    Tool tip： File does not appear to be a valid DCS 1.0 compressed file
