Create bootable USB device with Rufus. The USB device's filesystem must be NTFS. What is your computer type?

It must be either FAT32 or NTFS to be Windows bootable. FAT 32 if you want it to be UEFI/Legacy bootable and NTFS if you want it to be only Legacy bootable.

    This is the 1809 thread.

Take a look in the 1903/18362.30 thread, use the svf's by @GezoeSloog, linked to at the OP.

LTSC is released normally every 2-3 years so don't expect to see 1903
    you'll receive only security updates

    Thanks for your post.

But I'd rather wait for feedback from others who have installed the above. Reason: It might break my system.

If that's the case what was ZDNet referring to? It's peddling fake news?

    Dear Clever forum Members!

Since this .437 update, we have troubble to access the network shared PC folder files. "PDF, and other 100-200kb files" Its just load forever, and looks like freeze, when other pc trying to open a PDF, or something.

Do you have any idea, about how can i fix this issue? i saw the Microsoft official known issue page, but i didnt found anything releated to my issue. We using ESET Internet security every of our PC.

This problem since the latest cumulative update. And the interesting part, after 4-5 hours, the shared files started working again just fine. Only the first 4-5 hours is the horrible slow accessing time.

Every PC using the latest windows 10 1809 build.
