The empty folders inside my Document's folder are being deleted against my will after turning on the PC after some days. I did a clean Windows 10 install (I used an untouched 1809 x64 image) some months ago. There are folders which aren't empty and nevertheless the icon that appears is the empty one. I integrated the $OEM$ folder on my Windows 10 installer from here and it automatically activates both Windows 10 and Office 365 ProPlus. I think I have to manually update Office 365 ProPlus by going to Product Information, Update Options, Update Now.
Never seen that happen, only when using 17763.1 for upgrading. If the installed office is already (converted to) VL, then KMS_VL_ALL activates both, windows and office. Normally, office shows a popup announcing there are updates available (never used 365).
Yes, but not all of my questions are answered on both forums and I still have problems after doing clean installs with untouched images like I've told.
Must be something local. I ran 17763.1 and didn't experience any problems, clean install. Upgrade with 17763.1 deleted the content of the download folder only.

It seems so. How can I know if my Office 365 ProPlus is already converted to VL? Also, it has a Professional Plus 2016 license. Is it normal?
