    Final build is mean that the release is for public even if it has bugs.
    It's not insider preview build. All the users get the new features.
    In IP build only insiders get new features. Other have to wait the rs_prerelease version will finish.

    You have to download with @mkuba50's UUP downloader/UUP Dump Website for download including the CU, but you can also download the 17763.1 UUP files, using @s1ave77 his UUPDL tool, and put the SSU, CU, Flash and DotnetCU next to the UUP files and use @abbodi1406 his latest UUP>ISO script, it will offer the option to integrate all the updates inside the UUP folder.

    I never saw a bug free OS. I was working with a 30 years old mainframe OS, but every day new corrections were delivered; but if you didn't have the bug, don't apply the correction. An OS is very complicated, with millions of coding lines to maintain.
