@SM03 with that speed i think maybe you have blocked ports why you dont go for svf ? all what you needs have been posted
See @Enthousiast 's posted SS just under my last post, its been the same so no, it's not any sort of port blocking from my end atleast. & about the SVF, yes, I know & can read those comments & replied earlier as well, eventually that'd be the last process I will proceed with if I can't manage to get any of those ISOs.
SVF is the only way to get the new iso. Use SVF2ISO (CMD) to download the Jan. 2019 Update ISO (17763.253) and use the 17763.253 > 17763.316 svf patches for creating the 17763.316 ISO (download available at my 17763.316 SVF Repo).

1. You can download the SVF_To_SFX_370.exe tool (it's in the "tools" download at my SVF Repo's). Run it next to the downloaded .SVF and it will convert it to SVFSFX.exe, next put the source iso next to the exe patch and run it, the iso will be created. SVF2ISO can do this too. 2. You can use svfx by @GezoeSloog. 3. You can use SVF2ISO, the cmd version will be updated soon (somewhere tomorrow, if all goes well) and you will be able to directly download the desired ISO. Addition: in the tools section there is also "Batch_Extract_370", extract it to a folder, put SVF and Source iso next to it and run _batch_extract.bat.
I don' find the tools. I want do save the 4 german ISO's. I'm not a beginner but this is not easy with the Infos here. Who can sent all links an details?
