updated today win 10 pro 64 bit 1809 so far everything seems to be ok the world didn't come to an end
Just updated to 1809 thru the update assistant app. Nothing bad happened as well. Saw the Task manager bug but doesn't really bother me that much (hope they fix it on Patch Tuesday though). Overall the update went pretty smooth on my end.

Same happened to me with adguard ISO, while with the same ISO my second computer updated to "Windows 10 Feature Update", without mentioning Insiders?
