Infomation needed please

    hi great site only just joined and i will admit a novice as far as pc goes
    my question is this
    i have a copy windows7 ultimate (it suddenly appeared on my pc lol)
    if i install it and something goes wrong can i reformat my pc by going back to using my vista home premium as i not to sure what to do
    replies much appreciated thank you

    Download Daz's latest beta loader - search the forums for it - and run it after install.

    Turn off automatic updates - set to notify but don't download

    Don't download kb971003 - WAT update - why bother risking it.

    Yes you can, as long as you have a recoverydvd, homemade vista oemdvd or a purchased dvd..

    Also, yes if the computer manufacturer placed a backup copy of your OS in a separate disk partition on your hard disk, such as [d:].

    Yes and first thing you do with that is backit up to dvd, mistakes can happen seen it all before members installing onto backup partition.
