after running SLIC TOOLKIT it finds 2 SLIC tables in my bios... opening the 1st one it gives me error, microsoft test, all red. Opening the 2nd table it's all good, all green, probably a working table ready for activation. Situation is that the trial period has expired so counterfeit it says. How to delete the first table (if it's the best to do) and use the 2nd one which apparently is ready to go? also DAZ loader says "unsuported table" could that be because I'm EFI? also going into System it shows a OEM serial which is not the one I've add for ACER which is my bios. perhaps that's from the first SLIC table?
it's a brazilian brand CCE, but bios is identified as ACER dunno why. I did some trials with windslic and I've a windslic boot entry, i'm not sure how functional the trials were.
CCE has already supplied a dummy SLIC (?, the one with errors). You need to remove the WindSLIC (which is supplying the second SLIC, which is all green). Windows can't be activated when there are two SLIC tables in the ACPI namespace. Please post some screenshots from SLIC Toolkit advanced tab.
SLIC 1 SLIC 2 (was all green, now cert. error) There you go. Please give me instructions if there is to remove the first table. thanks
Ok, i'm trying to do it as you suggested but now I'm locked not being able to post link. I will have have to conterfeit it: mega.co.nz/#!LMwzhIhI!AKry9U2mcrQZN_dYPiR4nFFvl-M7HmrzQsev1X5NIO8
@fscussel Sorry for the delay; its impossible for me to access a PC currently so can't analyse the bios dump. I'll do it asap.
@fscussel The official bios comes with a dummy MS SLIC. Those two SLICs come from WindSLIC, so remove them first & opt for a bios mod.
