I'm trying for several days now to install a DRIVER.INF with setupcomplete.cmd while installing WIN10, with no luck. I tried these 3 possibilities : 1) start %WINDIR%\system32\rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %~dp0AsusMassStorage\iteatapi.inf 2) start %WINDIR%\system32\rundll32.exe syssetup,SetupInfObjectInstallAction DefaultInstall 128 %~dp0AsusMassStorage\iteatapi.inf 3) start %~dp0DEVCON.EXE -r install %~dp0AsusMassStorage\iteatapi.inf but no success!! Perhaps anybody of you knows how to do that? Thank you
Can't it be installed, offline in the mounted wim? Code: dism.exe /image:"x:\mount" /Add-Driver /driver:"y:\driver" /recurse
thank you for your suggestions, @ Enthousiast I think I'll do it with DISM, I've some experience with this. @ KNARZ it's the first time I hear something of PNPUTIL.EXE, no experience.
