Hello I need help. I buy ST5112 on auction, and i have problem. This tablet come without HDD, and on the bios is password. I buy on antoher auction SATA 150 disk, and insert. And what now? In boot menu i have only Flopy (its possible use BootIt?) CD/DVD (but cd drive plugged on USB don't working HDD I try install on another PC win7 and plug into device, but this not working(as i expected:/ )
if u can access the hard drive from another computer, you can make a partition, make it active and copy installation file on it if all is fine when booting on the hdd it will find the installation partition and launch the install i tried this long time ago, it still should work, but can't be sure
