installed W2008 R2 7600 but can only access CMD

    I installed Windows 7 R2 2008 but all I can do is get into the command prompt , after exit the screen turns blue (background) I can only do a working controll alt DELETE.....

    Did anyone have this before. I let it install almost authomaticaly ...
    and only asked me for the administrator password ....

    Where a previous experiment using version 7200 ... R2 2008 I had to
    setup quite a lot


    I did download from Microsoft ..... (trial version)
    and I'm going to reinstall to see if I made a mistake


    ANy suggestions ??? bad Download ????

    Yeah, sounds like you installed Core. It doesn't have much UI.

    you mean I did not install core CMD is all I get
    Tried to win some time , started it and walked away...
    it booted several times ,,, but
    ...

    I'll reinstall
