yes i installed rsat (did i do anything wrong?) if you are asking about language pack's they all disappeared from optional updates also all my system restores were deleted (including the one made right before installing the updates just in case) thanks
Nothing wrong updated RSAT components in KB2919355 are not installed by default if you install RSAT, KB2919355 need to be reinstalled so those components are installed normally, you don't need RSAT in the first place but if you do, just let WU install messing components

My question was asked in the previous post. My point is that he would have all of the symptoms he described if he installed your build over top of an existing Win 7 build. Unfortunately some can not see the forest for the trees... Roll your eyes all you want.
A better question for him would be can he uninstall your build and get his restore points ( and his old OS with the language packs ) back.
In post #6 Abbodi correctly stated that language packs do not appear in windows 8 updates. That is why I thought you had installed over top of windows 7 because language packs DO appear in windows 7 updates.
i do remember having the language packs in optional updates in win 8.1 when i will restore my system to a image backup i will post a screenshot
