Installing Windows 10 LTSC without a bootable drive/disc?

    Is it safe to install windows 10 through the setup after extracting the iso? Will I be able to format the whole drive through it without affecting the installation process?

    No you cant only a inplace upgrade from within a OS use a usb drive for that and boot from that

    I extract ISO to separate partition, use EasyBCD to select that from boot menu. Then it is just like bootable USB or DVD drive.
