    Dell Pentium 4 & 768 ram

I have an old DELL Pentium 4 with 765 ram and it is running Windows 7 and Office 2010 BETA well for it's speed but I think 256ram may not run! Only my opinion, Sorry!:)

I've created an installation, sysprepped and moved it to a machine with less than 512MB RAM (384 I think).

Windows 7 will boot on something as low as 120MB or so (from VM tests), but performance really degrades below 512MB RAM. At 256MB RAM you're better sticking with XP.

ozzyboy... even if it could be a "just for knowledge" try... may I know what's the meaning of installing Win7 x64 on a PC with less than 512 MB RAM ?!? It'd be totally unusable...
