installshield error issue

    Guys, Every time I click on IE I get this stupid installshield popping up. Is there a way I can prevent it from coming up? I can download things without issue.

    Sort of off topic but I wouldnt recommend IE anymore its too slow, Try Google Chrome (Works great and very fast, love it) or Firefox (i hate it)
