    Yes it flashes but does not change.
    I already have moded both with no luck.I also tried both flash programs.The toshiba one and the insyde one with no luck.
    I will upload the file i moded to rapidshare.If you want to take a look and see if i dont have something right in the file.

    It has a 2.1 slic inside..Be sure to clear the cmos after flash, if possible...
