    dism /mount-wim /wimfile:”C:\wim\install.wim” /mountdir:C:\Mount /index:1

    dism /image:C:\Mount /add-package /packagepath:C:\wim\windows10.0-kb3081424-x64.cab

The USB key I created with the media creation tool x64 have an Install.esd file, not a Install.wim.
Funny though. The ISO I created with the exact same tool, have an Install.wim inside.

I tried to create a USB from the ISO with the "windows 7 iso tool" from Microsoft, but I couldn't boot on it afterwards.

    Do this manually

Download one of free software to mount ISO image files as virtual drives

    hxxps://xxx.raymond.cc/blog/10-free-software-to-mount-cd-or-dvd-iso-image-file-as-virtual-drives/2/

    -run and mount win10.iso

-extract win10.iso to USB, open CMD admin and run

    e:\boot\bootsect.exe /nt60 h: and press return

replace the e: and h: drive letters with your mounted ISO media and USB disk

    replace: hxxps://xxx.

When trying to that on the WIm file created by the "Microsoft media creation tool" I get this error from DISM:

    Code:
    Error: 11

An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

And in the log it says:

    Code:
    DISM   DISM WIM Provider: PID=2956 [ReadWimHeader:(1723) -> version/header mismatch] y:\OS\Windows 10\sources\install.wim (HRESULT=0x8007000B) - CWimManager::WimProviderMsgLogCallback
