Integrate updates without nlite?

    Is there anyone who knows how nlite slipstreams updates or how it's possible to do that by hand?
    Service packs are easy as they have a dedicated slipstream feature, but updates do not.
    I guess the same method also applies to Win2K if there is one for XP?
    Like vista and 7 with dism I'd like to integrate updates in xp by myself so I know exactly what's going on.

    Not sure at all but it would be interesting indeed:)
