Integrate Windows Updates into Windows 8.1 ISO

    I was using ISO from murphy78 then generation2. It is now time for me to try to do this myself.
    What is the easiest way for me to integrate or slipstream windows updates into a Windows 8.1 ISO?

    I've used abbodi's updates integration script aka WHD-W81UI 5.1 and downloaded the updates with the help of WHDownloader.
