    Intel D915GAG

    FSB: 800MHz
    Processor: Intel Pentium 4HT (3.0GHz)
    PSU: 250W
Support for PCI Local Bus Specification Revision 2.2
Support for PCI Express Revision 1.0a

    1. Can I install a PCI-E 2.0 video card? I'm interested in the ASUS EN210
    2. Can I upgrade to a 600W PSU?
    3. Does a slow Front Side Bus affect the performance of a GPU? If so...
    4. Is 800MHz enough to use the ASUS EN210 to watch full HD videos?

All I want is to be able to watch Full HD movies and YouTube videos. Thanks in advanced!

1)Yes, most PCI Express 2.0 are backward compatible with 1.0a. (2.1 might have a few issues). I would shoot an email to Asus and check.
    2)Sure. *shrug*
    4)Yes it can.
    12)Yes it is.

    Thank you!
I'm also thinking about an SSD SATA3 (to re-use it in case I get a new PC) but my motherboard has SATA1 ports, are they also compatible?

Yes the Sata3 will work on Sata1 controllers, all should be backward compatible. Although the other way around I am not sure how well forward compatibility works, Sata1 on a Sata3.
