Does this motherboard have a BIOS reset jumper on it? Normally I would try that, turn off the PC, switch the jumper position on it (don't fool with other jumpers - make sure it's the right one), attempt to turn it back on, make sure it's off and then put the jumper back in position. One of that motherboard's manuals (either physical or I assume they have PDFs of their manuals on their website) should show you which jumper.

If you download the very first document listed "DG41RQ_ProductGuide01_English.pdf", it says on Page 50 how to change it from "Normal" mode to "Recovery", which is what you want. If "Recovery" doesn't work, try "Configure" instead. Make sure and follow the directions on that page accurately.

Is there an option to disable that warning in the BIOS?

    You're welcome.

It's possible the BIOS setting for the hard drive is now (after the BIOS reset) set up in a different way than it was before. If you go into the BIOS, what option(s) is the hard drive set for (AHCI/SATA/IDE Compatability, ...) now? Try the other options one at a time, and see if the computer will boot each time you change it. Make sure and save your BIOS changes before rebooting.

Your HDD is probably damaged, check your hard drive status using a software
