Is there any way to download and intergrade all LTSB 2015 updates to a ISO as my laptop gets slowed down when installing them manually
WHDownloader - Download https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/whdownloader-download.66243/ Windows NT 10.0 Updates Installer https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-105#post-1216064 do the math ….
Updates are cumulative There is no difference from having them applied to the ISO or to the running system. Also, given the poorly maintained SSU is not possible to integrate the latest CU in 2015 (and 2016 x86) you need a fix, there are some posted by abbodi and other users. In short, if you want to refresh your installation just do an in place upgrade with the original ISO, then run WU. Integrating updates on W10/11 ISO is an incredibly stupid method to waste your time.
How Im gonna do that I havent intergraded a ISO update since NTLite and Windows 7 days Laptop has a emmc drive and the stock LTSB image has a bug that makes explorer not resposive randoly Using Windows update swverely slows the laptop down and reduces its storrage
Not sure I got what are you asking. Do you want a refreshed OS? Use the original ISO from 2015 and click on setup Once installed use WU to get updated Once you have the updated OS do a resetbase to recover the space wasted by WU Optional (but strongly suggested) compress the filesystem (using the good old NTFS compression) Optional (suggested only if your skill is decent) recompress the already compressed FS backing up the image using wimlib and restoring it useing the compact=LZX option.
I want to intergrade the latest updates into the LTSB 2015 ISO and Im compressing the system with compact os command
Just reverse your question, an tell yourself for what reason you should waste a couple of hours of human labor and human brain cycles, to accomplish something that a stupid PC can do itself, in 20 minutes, with no human intervention and a single reboot. Perhaps something that would be effective for a number of days < 30. In case you missed what happened in the last 8 years, Win10 is way different than Win8x and earlier OSes, when WU required many updates, possibly many manual packages installation and many reboots.
Yeah I know I said what Im using now hpw can I intergrate it into the iso ? The provided WHDownloader only donwloads 1607 updates
It's not the matter debated here, anyway depends on what kind of compatibility you need. For example on HP Microservers N40L / N54L, if Hyper-V is enabled you get a black screen on most Video Players/ WMC and some games, in anything newer than 10240 Personally I use both of them in dual boot, depending what I need to do.
Use MSMG an download the LCU manually Or use Dism /add-package Or use Dism ++ Or deploy Windows, update it via WU then do a sysprep, capture the image and make the iso with it
or use windows 10 ltsb 2016 add modded driver intel hd 3000 works fine with modded driver on windows 11 22h2 / legzcy driver works only fine with ltsc 1809 or 1607 depending model check my signature
Drivers have no problems, (the microserver is amd, not Intel). The changes made to hyper-v are the culprit. You need to replace half the os to get it working.
Most likely @abbodi1406 somewhere keeps a list (@Dark Dinosaur not in WHD for a long time now), maybe he can show you what to download (only the SSU+LCU should be needed to be integrated, the others won't be that big or error sensitive).
