Internet Explorer 8 BHO.... no file....

    me personally I'd remove it

    Kill the following processes
    fd.exe, fdgo.exe
    Unregister the following DLLs and reboot
    fdcatch.dll in Program Files\freshdevices\freshdownload\
    fdcatch.dll, fdplugin.dll in Program Files\freshd~1\freshd~1\
    Delete these registry entries
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\freshdevices
    Remove the following files
    fdcatch.dll in Program Files\freshdevices\freshdownload\
    fd.exe, fdcatch.dll, fdgo.exe, fdhelp.chm, fdiectx.htm, fdiectx2.htm, fdplugin.dll in Program Files\freshd~1\freshd~1\


    regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\FreshDevices\FreshDownload\FDcatch.dll"

    Spybot Search & Destroy has a good BHO removal tool built in and you don't have to scan the system to use it.
