I have cable modem connected to some devices directly (LAN) and to a wireless router. I used to be able to gain access to the modem via 192.168.0.1, but after I disabled "IP Routing", 192.168.0.1 stopped responding to any device on LAN... I also noticed that after disabling IP Routing, each device gets its own IP address online. Is that normal? Is resetting my modem all I can do at this point?

Just reset your router, use the defaults to log back in and then re-set your password and anything else...like the wireless channels and or dns server and ect. I have my dns server with cloudflare. (do not disable ip routing)
