Check the MBR of the Boot HDD. If it contains code to boot a GRUB4DOS file, and that file is present on C:, then a loader is installed and active. Note that the GRUB4DOS file can have pretty much any name, and that it is usually a hidden system file.
One of the easiest methods can also be to tap R or Esc as the system boots, just after the BIOS screen. If a menu displays then you've got a loader installed. Keep in mind that my version of the loader can be installed without modding the MBR/BootSector.
Is there a page in your thread somewhere where you explain how you do this? (Or can you explain it here in short words without driving the thread too far offtopic?) Since this seems to be a new way it would be good to know in case the question comes up again...
Is that why when I use yours it says unmodified, but when i use others it tells me something different?
When the loader says you're unmodified it means the system files are correct, as in RemoveWAT isn't installed and your tokens are valid.
